These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the websites, products, browser extensions, and services (together, the "Services") provided by Aristo Software Solutions ("we", "us", "our"), a company registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce (KvK) in the Netherlands. By using the Services you agree to these Terms.

1. Who we are

Aristo Software Solutions is an independent software studio that builds websites and browser extensions. Some Services are free; some may be offered for a fee.

2. Use of the Services

You may use the Services only in accordance with these Terms and applicable law. Where a Service requires an account, you are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity under your account.

3. Paid products and payments

Where we offer a paid product or service, the price and any relevant terms are shown at the point of purchase. Payments are processed securely by our payment provider, Stripe — we do not store your full card details. Unless stated otherwise, prices are exclusive of applicable taxes (such as VAT/BTW).

4. Refunds

If you purchase a paid product or service, our Refund Policy applies and forms part of these Terms.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • use the Services for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose;
  • attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Services or related systems;
  • interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Services;
  • upload malicious code or infringe the intellectual property or privacy rights of others.

6. Intellectual property

The Services and all related intellectual property remain the property of Aristo Software Solutions and its licensors. You retain ownership of any content you submit to the Services.

7. Availability and warranties

We work hard to keep the Services available and reliable, but they are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, except as required by applicable law.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid us (if any) for the relevant product or service in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

9. Changes and termination

We may update the Services or these Terms from time to time. We may suspend or end your access if you breach these Terms. You may stop using the Services at any time.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, and any disputes shall be subject to the competent courts of the Netherlands, unless mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.
