2. How we use your data

- to communicate with you about your account and support requests;

3. Legal bases
We process personal data on the bases of contract performance (to deliver the Services), legitimate interests (to secure and improve the Services), legal obligation (for example, tax and accounting), and consent where required.
4. Sharing your data
We share personal data only with service providers who help us operate the Services (such as Stripe for payments and our hosting provider), under appropriate data-processing agreements, or where required by law. We do not sell your personal data.
5. International transfers
Where data is transferred outside the European Economic Area, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
6. Data retention
We keep personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes described above or as required by law (for example, invoices are kept for the statutory period).
7. Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to the processing of your personal data, and the right to data portability. You may exercise these rights by contacting us. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
